- 1/2 green beans
- 9 oz minced pork
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tomato
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan. First, sautée garlic and onion until brown, then add chopped tomato and continue sautéeing until soft.
- Add minced pork until the meat turns white. Add your seasoning.
- Add green beans. Cook with the lid on for 5-10 minutes (longer cooking time will make your green beans more tender).
- Eat like this if you want a low carb meal. Serve with potatoes or rice for a more filling version.
