Ground Pork with Sauteed Green Beans

Simple dinner meals are the best: fast and easy to make, with no complicated ingredients.

Such is this Ground Pork with Sauteed Green Beans recipe that you’ll love for many things, but especially if you’re strapped for time. You’ll be in and out of the kitchen in under an hour. Let’s start!

  • 1/2 green beans
  • 9 oz minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. First, sautée garlic and onion until brown, then add chopped tomato and continue sautéeing until soft.
  2. Add minced pork until the meat turns white. Add your seasoning.
  3. Add green beans. Cook with the lid on for 5-10 minutes (longer cooking time will make your green beans more tender).
  4. Eat like this if you want a low carb meal. Serve with potatoes or rice for a more filling version.
